Kat’s Favorite Snacks: Bagel Thins w/Avocado, Onion and Tomato

Serves – 1/Prep Time – 5 min

This is one of my most favorite snacks in the whole world! If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you know about my undying love of avocado, and I’ve noticed that the mixture of the bagel (or bagel thins), tomato, onion and avocado is one of the best ever! This is light and definitely very filling. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Thomas’ Bagel Thin
  • 2.5 oz Haas avocado
  • 1 oz onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 oz tomato (thinly sliced)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 sprinkle of black pepper

Stats: Calories – 238 / Carbs – 33g / Fat – 1g / Protein – 8g
