Mark’s Tilapia alla Milanese

“M” is for MARK!! (That’s actually the 2 fillets side by side. Bizarre, huh?)

Serves 2 / Prep Time – 3 Min / Cook Time – 10 Min

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tilapia fillets (3oz each)
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of marjoram
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

 

Mix the flour and seasonings in a bowl. On a medium heated skillet, add butter and olive oil until butter is melted. Dredge Tilapia in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg and put back in the flour mixture until covered completely. Place tilapia in the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on either side or until done.

 

Stats Per Serving (3 oz): Cal – 217 / Carbs – 5g / Fat – 14g / Protein – 16g
